Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within [X] working days and delivered within [X–Y] working days across the UK. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Is delivery free?
UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £50. Below that, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Choosing a toy

Which size should I choose?
Choose Small for puppies and small breeds and Large for medium to large dogs. A toy should always be too large for your dog to swallow. If in doubt, choose the larger size.

Are Pawori toys safe?
Every toy is made for supervised play. Choose the right size, check toys regularly and replace them once they show signs of wear. Full material details are listed on every product page.

How do I clean my toy?
Care instructions are listed for each toy under Details & size. Most of our rope and wool toys can be hand washed in cool water and left to air dry.

Gifting

Can I send a toy as a gift?
Yes. Every order arrives in gift-ready packaging, and you can add a gift note at checkout.

Returns

What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. See our returns & refunds page.
