30-day returns

If something isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email info@oliversophialondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund the original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, please contact us and we'll put it right.
